Used unit removed from operating machinery. The encoder cable is cut off a few centimeters from the rubber gland at the rear, leaving bare white-jacketed wire and exposed strands with no encoder plug, so the motor cannot be connected to a machine in its current state. Cosmetically there are dents and scuffs on the mounting flange, multiple paint chips and losses on the body sides and corners, scratches and dirt on the Hot Surfaces caution label, and a slight oil trace was wiped from the shaft-end oil seal area. The power connector is a round threaded 4-pin male type with no protective cap and slightly darkened pin surfaces, though no bent or missing pins were found.
Operation Check
No power-on or electrical testing was performed on this unit. Winding resistance (U-V / V-W / W-U) could not be measured because contact with the exposed power connector pins was unstable and readings fluctuated; only one pin pair was attempted. Insulation resistance (500V megger), back-EMF, amplifier rotation test and CNC diagnostics (DGN200/201/300) were all not performed due to lack of the required equipment. Mechanically the shaft was turned by hand for a full revolution with smooth, evenly spaced cogging only, no grinding noise or catching, and no radial or thrust play was felt. The shaft rotates freely without power, indicating no brake is fitted. The nameplate, model and rating markings are present and legible.

Nameplate ratings are 0.9 kW continuous output, 6 Nm stall torque, 2000 min-1 rated speed, 199 V, 4.7 A, 133 Hz, delta winding connection, permanent magnet field for 200 V inverter drive, insulation class F, with UL/cUL, CE and TUV marks. The output shaft is a splined (toothed) type with no keyway and a bolt fitted at the shaft end; measured shaft diameter is approximately 23 mm and shaft length approximately 85 mm from the flange face. Manufactured in Japan in December 2000; related manual part number B-65232EN.
