Item comes in new condition in the original sealed box.  Lego 60225.  The box is in slightly TATTERED condition.  Has some roughness around the edges and tearing in the cardboard.  Might NOT be suitable for a gift.  Is otherwise fully sealed never opened.  Free shipping!
