Set of six Portmeirion Botanic Garden crescent-shaped side plates / dishes, designed by Susan Williams-Ellis.

This is a lovely mixed-floral set featuring a variety of classic Botanic Garden flower and butterfly designs, all with the traditional green leaf border.

The six plates are the same distinctive crescent shape but feature different botanical motifs, making them ideal for an existing mixed Portmeirion Botanic Garden collection.

There is also a mixture of production-period backstamps. Five plates have the older green Botanic Garden crest-style backstamp, while one has the later “Quality by Design for Life – botanic garden” Portmeirion backstamp.

Condition:
Pre-owned and in good overall vintage condition. There are light signs of use and age. One plate has noticeable brown/gold marks to the front; these are shown in close-up in the photographs. No obvious chips or cracks noted.
