Custom Shop Fat '50s Pickups
The heart of this Strat is its trio of Fender Custom Shop Fat '50s single-coil pickups. This was a stock feature for this model year and a massive upgrade over standard offerings. They deliver a boosted bass response without the harsh mids, giving you a slightly overwound '50s character that's full of warmth, clarity, and that iconic glassy snap.
