2008 Ford Transit Campervan Conversion. £6,000 ONO

For sale: my 2008 Ford Transit SWB high-roof campervan. The base vehicle is a 2.4L diesel with a 5-speed manual gearbox. 158K mileage. The conversion  was done by previous owner. And had a re con engine. 

I've owned the van for almost 5 years and have used it extensively for trips around the UK. It is my main vehicle so the mileage will go up. The reason for sale is that I no longer have the time for it due to a change in circumstances. I will be sad to see it go.

* Fixed small double bed, with mattress included.

* Two bench seats but I keep the bed made up. Could be stored away to create an open living space.

Bodywork:

* Rust treatment/touch-ups carried out 

* Some cosmetic dents, bumps and scratches consistent with the age and use of the van shown in pictures. 

Please note:

* There is one engine warning light illuminated, but the van currently starts and drives well despite this.

* The body work has damage as shown in the pictures 

*break light is on 

I have reflected all the above in the price 

This is a genuine DIY conversion  converted motorhome. It has been improved over several years. I bought the van already converted, I’ve owned it for just under five years. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to spend bringing the body work up to it’s full potential.It would be a good, affordable way to try van life and can be used as it is or developed further.
