This "Modeller's Luftwaffe Painting Guide" was intended to complement the publisher's three volume series "Luftwaffe Camoflage and Markings 1935-45" but has become a valued modelling aid in its own right. Each of the authors was a skilled aero-modeller, with patricular expertise in defining German aircraft colour schemes, which often strayed far from official specifications. Of special value is the 35 colour patches card specifically produced for this volume and displaying the most important of paints used by the Luftwaffe.

An excellent reference book for the serious aero-modeller with more than 200 photographs. Includes a quick reference camouflage table, side views, three views and camouflage schemes. Also of note is the extensive range of sketches of aircraft stencil markings which are seldom illustrated in detail.
