Staffordshire Davenport porcelain tea bowl & saucer 'Girl at Well' pattern c1800

Attributed to Davenport, but I cannot find supporting information. The pattern is of the ‘Girl at Well’ type but much closer to an engraving. It is under-glaze ‘bat’ (i.e. stippled) with hand colouring. The tea bowl has two ‘rustic’ scenes. A charming pair that seems to point the way to the very popular later blue and white transfer patterns. Body appears hybrid soft paste porcelain-earthenware, to my feel, with a pearlware glaze.

Dimensions:
Saucer 12.4cm diameter x 2.2cm high at rim.
Tea bowl: 8cm diameter x 4.8cm high.
Weight: 160gm
