This is one of the discontinued original Antonys made from natural leather which is far superior to the current Antony’s bags IMO. These bags age beautifully and have the natural grain unlike the engineered leathers Mulberry current use. The leather is easy to maintain with a bit of polish. The extra large size is highly sort after and this is quite the find !

This bag has not been used massively and comes to you in very good condition. The leather is in very good condition and is really hardwearing and easy to look after with a bit of leather cream, there are a few very light marks and small dings but nothing significant. The front of the postman’s lock is in very good condition as are the two internal lock plates, just very small marks barely noticeable, the tip of the twisty bit has colour loss and the lock is not as stiff as a new lock but it isn’t wobbly. The suede lining has a few marks here and there but the condition is pretty good, no horror marks or stains. The inking /black rubbery edging is very good with a little bit of wear to the top of the sides where the flap joins which is quite common with these bags, slight wear around the brass D rings and slight wear at the base corners too. The strap is good and strong with some small marks to the brass buckles and loops, again nothing horrendous. I have taken photos from all angles so please study them and use the zoom facility, please ask if you aren’t clear.

This is the rare extra large Antony and the dimensions are approximately 38 cm wide by 29.6 cm high and 8 cm deep.
