For Shipments to the United States

Import duties and customs fees are included in the item price.

Therefore, you will not be required to pay any additional customs duties upon delivery.

Please note that sales tax is not included in these charges and may be collected separately.

Shipping to Countries Outside the United States

For EU Member States:

• If the product price is less than US$165, you will not be required to pay any additional customs duties upon arrival.
• If the product price is US$165 or more, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

These fees are determined by the customs authorities in your country and are not controlled by us.

After your item arrives in your country and is processed by customs, the shipping carrier (such as FedEx or DHL) or your local customs office will contact you regarding the exact amount due.

Any applicable fees must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

We ship via FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post.

Orders will be shipped within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in business days.
