How Does the
Repair Service Work? After placing your order, you'll receive instructions on how to mail your existing module to our remanufacturing facility in California. You are responsible for shipping your module to us, and return shipping back to you is included. Please send it to our address:

Testing Comes First
Once we receive your module, our technicians will test it before performing any repair. Typical repair and testing time is approximately 1–2 business days, depending on the condition of the unit. If no issue is found, we will return your module and refund the repair cost minus a $110 diagnostic fee. |

Important Reminder
Please be sure to leave in all of your external fuses & relays when sending in your module. Missing fuses & relays may have to be replaced by us and may result in additional fees. In some cases, a module may require additional repairs. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding. |

1-Year Warranty Our modules come with a full 1-year warranty for your peace of mind. If you experience any issues within that time period, we will either repair it or provide a replacement at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and help keep your vehicle in top working condition. |

Core Returns
No Upfront Core Charge
Return your old module within 30 days using the prepaid label and there is nothing further to pay. If it is not returned in time, the payment method on file is charged the applicable core fee for that module type. Cores are accepted in any condition. International orders: We do not charge a core fee on orders shipped outside the United States unless a return route has been arranged in advance. |
