We sell used items such as military surplus, auto/truck parts, construction equipment, etc.

We do our best to ensure our items are good quality and function as intended, however

we sometimes sell parts kits or repairable items intended for the end user to refurbish. All

items will be listed as such and any wear or damage will be disclosed to the best of our

ability. We will not post an intentionally misleading listing. That being said, as well, some 

of the items we sell are used, out of date, expired, or retired condition as is the nature of 

military surplus and we make no guarantees as to the safety or useability of the items we 

sell. They are novelties and the buyer uses the items listed for sale at their own risk. It is

the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine if the items listed for sale are safe to use.

we will not be held responsible for any injury or death the end user incurs by using these

items. If we make a mistake on an order or you're not satisfied in any way, before you
