Antique balance scale with marble base. Finely made with nickle silver over brass?, marked in drachms & grams, pat Aug 187?

8 inches tall X 9 inches at the arm.  I can't find any makers mark.

CONDITION: Pan is a late replacement, needs further cleaning.In very good condition.
