Used Penn 714 Ultrasport Spinfisher, reel is in pretty nice shape for its age, it does have scuffs and scratches from use, reel spins freely but seams tight, Bail also does not return as it should either. I believe it just needs a good cleaning but do to it's issues I'm selling it as is for parts or repair. Please see pictures for details and ask questions before bidding. Thank you
