The KRM-4-150 is a large Soviet high-voltage rectifier tube with a thoriated carbide cathode, designed for operation in oil. It was used as a high-voltage rectifier in X-ray equipment and other specialized high-voltage systems.
Ideal for restoration projects, high-voltage electronics projects, vintage equipment restoration, technical experiments, and collectors of Soviet-era electronic components.

The manufacturer specifications allow a maximum reverse-voltage amplitude of 150 kV and an average rectified current of up to 500 mA under the specified operating conditions. For circuits with capacitor load, the average rectified current is limited to 30 mA.
