This is a vintage BOSS GE-7 Equalizer guitar effects pedal made in Japan.

The GE-7 provides seven adjustable frequency bands at 100Hz, 200Hz, 400Hz, 800Hz, 1.6kHz, 3.2kHz, and 6.4kHz, together with a Level control. It can be used for tone shaping, frequency adjustment, and level control in a guitar or other compatible instrument signal chain.

The rear label confirms that this unit was manufactured in Japan. The power input is also clearly marked “USE BOSS ACA ADAPTOR ONLY,” identifying this example as an ACA-type vintage BOSS pedal.
