Notice according to § 18 para. 1 p. 1 no. 3 Battery Act (BattG)

In connection with the sale of batteries and rechargeable batteries, we as a dealer are obliged under the Battery Act (BattG) to inform you as a consumer of the following:

a) As the end user, you are legally obliged to send batteries and accumulators to the appropriate recycling/take-back points.
The Disposal Act applies to all types of batteries, regardless of their shape, size, mass, material composition or use. It also applies to batteries built into other products or attached to other products.
Products marked with the crossed-out garbage can must not be disposed of with household waste.

b) You can return them free of charge to our points of sale after use.

c) Batteries that must be disposed of are marked with the symbol mentioned above, consisting of a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as containing a pollutant.
