[Save 15% & Dual Heat Exchanger] - With potential savings of 15% compared to non-condensing units, this condensing tankless water heater delivers outstanding 0.86 UEF efficiency, dramatically reducing energy usage and operational expenses. This performance is made possible by an innovative dual heat exchange system, which combines a corrosion-resistant stainless steel condensing heat exchanger with a highly conductive oxygen-free copper heat exchanger, captures and reuses waste heat that conventional units lose, to maximize heat recovery.
[5.28 GPM & 114,000BTU] - The ThermoMate instant hot water heater can supply two showers simultaneously, each delivering 105°F water at a flow rate of 2 GPM, based on an inlet water temperature of 65°F. No waiting time, no cold water shocks.

💧 Condensate: what you need to know
This condensing heater produces mildly acidic water (condensate) during operation. To protect your pipes, we strongly recommend installing an external condensate neutralizer kit (not included) at the drain point. Never drain into copper without neutralization. Many users overlook this – we want you to have a trouble‑free installation.
📦 Box contents & installation must‑haves
Included: Water heater, mounting bracket, manual, 5ft UL power cord, installation hardware.
Required separately: 150 psi pressure relief valve, 3" metal vent pipe (type depends on local codes), condensate neutralizer (recommended).
💡 Pro tip: Gas line must be sized correctly – if over 30ft, consider upsizing to 3/4".

⭐ What owners are saying
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Instant hot water, endless showers. Be sure to add condensate neutralizer if you have copper pipes.” – letmepicyou
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Showers no longer run cold. Gas bill went down. Install needs pro but worth it.” – Tankless bliss
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Perfect for my cabin. Works flawlessly. Great build quality.” – Off The Grid Ken
❓ Quick answers
How does condensing save energy? It captures heat from exhaust gases that would otherwise be lost, preheating cold water. That’s why UEF reaches 0.86.
Will it work in cold climates? Yes, with built-in freeze protection down to 41°F. For extreme cold, ensure proper indoor installation.
What's the warranty? 1 year parts and labor, with excellent US-based customer support.

⭐ CSA certified · 1‑year warranty · US‑based support · Condensing technology for maximum savings
⚡ Professional installation recommended. Specifications subject to change.
