1976s made PELIKAN P478 Silverstar Fountain Pen in chrome & silver with FINE steel Nib / Cartridge Filler 

The model had changes during the production period, both at the clip and the barrel end. From around 1975 the straight bar clip was used. The pen works with regular orignal Montblanc or Pelikan catridges.
