Black with colorful bow embellishments & beaded drapery

Has a little bit of strings coming out of the hem , not noticeable but worth noting

All of the bows have a set of 3 falling beaded waterfalls except the blue, the blue only has 2.

Says it’s a size medium- fits more like a size small , please look at all photos for measurements laying flat
