This is a very rare 1920’s Leedy 3” x 13” Tango snare drum.
See a screenshot from a Leedy catalog taken from Rob Cook’s book.

I believe that it is a solid maple shell.
A single tension drum with 6 thumb screws.
Both the top and bottom calf skins are torn and will need to be replaced.
The shell seems to be in a really nice condition considering its age.
What’s amazing is that the paper label is still present - “Slater & Tane - Drums and Drummers Supplies” in Johnstown, PA.
It has the wire wound silk snares.
There is an extra hole in the shell - not sure if this factory made or not.
Otherwise, everything seems to be original.
It is sold AS IS with no returns.
Please refer to photos for condition.
