Women's TOULA Royal Blue Wool Blend Knit Cardigan Sweater Blazer & Skirt Suit USA Made Size 24W.  In very good pre-owned condition with exception of some hanger marks and "wrinkled" areas on waistband from hangers - likely not noticeable at all when worn with the sweater.  There are shoulder pads that came be easily removed if desired and there appear to be a couple crystals missing from the buttons but truly not noticeable, in my opinion, unless you're up close to them.
