This is a string-bound portfolio of photographs of Ottawa Ontario Canada from circa 1898. The photographs have a beautiful sepia tone and lots of detail. Each has a caption beneath.

There are 16 pages of photographs. The page measures 7 x 5.5 inches (18 x 14 cm). The full-page photos measure approximately 5.5 x 4 inches (14 x 10 cm).

Produced by the Albertype Company as a set of mechanical photogravure prints. It is undated but based on similar books in my collection and the presence of horse-drawn carriages in the photo, it is from 1890-1902.

I am selling hundreds of Albertype photogravure albums of USA cities. Contact me if you are interested in additional volumes.

SHIPPING – PLEASE NOTE:  If you buy more than one volume, I may be able to box them together. In this case I can refund any excess postage paid.
