In 1977 to beginning of 1981, a thick watermarked paper of English manufacturing was used for series II of the Exporta series and commemoratives. There are two types of paper defined by the characteristics of the front and back under UV light.

Type A   Yellow to dark yellow phosphorescence on the front and violet blue to violet fluorescence, sometimes speckled, on the back, "yellow paper"

Type B.   Yellowish white to white phosphorescence on the front and almost plain blue to white blue fluorescence on the back, "What paper"
