Vintage Grass Instrument Company chart/recording paper, reorder type C25-8-1X5-G, lot 42022.

Original box is labeled 1000 fan-folded sheets per pack. The box has been opened, so I would not claim all 1,000 sheets are present unless you can verify that. Paper appears largely unused and clean, with some age/storage wear and spotting visible. Original box shows wear, staining, and edge/corner damage.

This paper was made for Grass scientific/medical recording equipment. Grass was known for EEG and polygraph/physiological recording equipment, and period material confirms the company sold charts and recording paper for its instruments.
