Why You Need These Seals？

Over time, the factory rubber seals on Tacoma tonneau covers degrade due to UV exposure and ozone. Common symptoms include:

Rubber turning sticky or "dissolving".
Cracking and splitting
Water leaking into the bed
Reduced weather protection

Important Note: The center seal (between panels 1 and 2) is NOT available separately—it is part of the hinge assembly. This set covers the three replaceable hinge seals that are known to wear out.

Installation Tips:

Replacing these seals is a DIY-friendly job (view guide on Tacoma World):

Remove the old deteriorated seals (expect to destroy them—they often tear during removal)
Clean the channels thoroughly
The new seals have notches on the bottom that align with pins in the groove—simply line them up and push into place by hand.

Tip: You may also want to replace the end caps (joint side caps) while you're at it, as they often crack during removal
