The covers are in poor condition with both the front and back boards detached and the backstrip also detached and torn with loss.

Internally there is some foxing to the endpapers and age toning to the text pages but the map plates are all remarkably clean and bright with only very occasional small marks. A great set of maps despite the external condition.
