Welcome to my auction for Jeremy the Jaguar S-Type 2.7TD V6.  First registered in 2006 . I have owned the car since April 2025 and spent some time and money sorting the usual issues. The MOT is valid until April 7th 2027 , please feel free to check the online MOT history   New tyres were fitted to the front , around 1,000 miles ago 

Jeremy is a very large spacious car  , with plenty of space inside and a large boot. Being rear wheel drive and with the large 2.7 TD V6 engine up front , it is one of the last big executive cars     Regularly returning over 40 mpg on my  work commute and 58mpg on a recent run down to Kent. There is also plenty of power when needed from the twin turbo V6 

The car comes with two keys , original hand book, receipts for the work I have done , plus several printed manuals trouble shooting guides from the internet and how to guides V5 is in my name 

There is a spare tyre, complete with original jack and tool kit.

The aircon is amazing. High spec car with SAT NAV, climate control,  cruise control , FM stereo, steering wheels controls , trip computer, automatic headlights. power windows all round , remote and key fob boot opening 

Fast,  spacious capable car , which on the motorway will return 50 mpg

When the sills were replaced,  the underside of the car,  suspension ,inner wings were all treated with Lanoguard.  

Lots of money spent and  the usual S-Type issues have been resolved , DCCV heater valve , MAF Sensors , EGR`s and new sills and jack points

Two new front Tyres  + tracking - covered around 1,000 miles 

Jeremy is good condition,  but not perfect. The rear left parking sensors is  temperamental. It works 90% of the time New sensors are on eBay for around £35 each and and straight forward DIY job.  There is a rip on the rear swab and the bolster is slightly worn on the drivers seat .  The wheels are straight,  with minimal damage , but could do with a paint. Tyres are good are fine , two new front tyres 

The heater can be a little slow to react when going above 25 degrees ,  but does work , al be it a little slowly The aircon / climate control is fantastic,  even when its 30 degrees outside , a constant 17 degrees can be maintained in the cabin .Brakes have plenty of depth on the pads

As you can see I have spent some time and money on the car.  But it's not perfect,  but is mechanically and structurally solid.  

I've cut the paint back,  Auto Glym super resin polish and then used  Meguiars mirror glaze to seal. The paint is shinny , but there are the odd scratches , but nothing major

The is a good honest reliable car , but do not expect perfection.  I have priced to sell, taking in to account what has already been done to the car and what needs to be done to take Jeremy to the next level

Please note i am away from Sunday 30th August 2026 - returning Tuesday 1st September . I will be able to answer any questions though.   The car is currently TAXED and will remain in constant use , so miles will increase
