These are pre-owned vintage boots with significant visible cosmetic wear. They show numerous white paint/plaster-like spots and splatters across the leather, including the toe boxes, vamp and sides. There are also scuffs, scratches, marks, creasing, discoloration and signs of previous use throughout the boots.

The leather has normal vintage wear and surface imperfections. The suede/fabric collar shows wear and visible debris/fibers. The soles show dirt, scuffing and previous use, but the Vibram lug tread remains visible.
