The AMS 2 Pro Loading/Unloading Module is specifically designed for multi-color, multi-material printing. Each AMS 2 Pro features four independent loading/unloading units, each equipped with an internal motor and gear system. This enables active material pushing or retraction, ensuring a smooth and efficient printing process.
The module utilizes ceramic-reinforced wear-resistant bushings, effectively reducing long-term wear on the feed port caused by material usage and extending service life.
Built-in high-sensitivity sensors automatically detect material insertion to initiate feeding. During retraction, the system drives the active support shaft to rotate, swiftly retrieving the material back to the spool tray. This prevents tangling or slack, delivering a stable and reliable printing experience.
