This is plan for Lindsey House, Lincoln's Inn Fields,London and shows the house as built for the Earl of Lindsey in 1640. This can be shown by the house having one front door. In either 1751 or 1752 it was made into two houses.

It is from Volume 2 of Colen Campbell's Vitruvius Britannicus, published in 1717.

It contains plans and elevations of neo classical buildings designed by Campbell, Inigo Jones, Sir Christopher Wren and others. Very good condition apart from some foxing. Approximately 57 x 38 cms.
