This is a vintage BOSS CS-2 Compression Sustainer guitar effect pedal made in Japan.
The CS-2 provides compression and sustain control through LEVEL, ATTACK, and SUSTAIN controls. It is designed for electric guitar and other compatible instrument-level applications.
Basic operation has been checked. The CHECK indicator illuminates during operation, and the pedal has been connected through the INPUT and OUTPUT jacks for functional testing.
The rear label identifies this unit as Made in Japan, and the power input is specifically marked “USE BOSS ACA ADAPTOR ONLY.”
Serial number 320400 is visible inside the battery compartment.
