Description

Rickenbacker 4001V63 Mapleglo 1999-2000 99-201 Used Bass Guitar

The Rickenbacker 4001 bass has undergone several revisions to its specifications and materials since its production began in 1961 as a higher-end model than the Rickenbacker 4000. The "4001V" series is a line planned as a vintage reissue series, and it is said that it was produced by adding several minor specification changes to the discontinued 4001 and began selling it again from around 1984 until it was discontinued around 2000.

This instrument, the "4001V63," is a reissue model of the 1963 4001, and faithfully reproduces the specifications of the time with its through-structure maple neck, maple wing body, rosewood fingerboard with dot position markers, and toaster & horseshoe pickups.

Not only does it look the same, but it also uses lower-gain pickups compared to the pickups installed in current Rickenbacker models, and faithfully retains the thick, warm tone characteristic of vintage models. -Condition- There are scratches on the back of the body, and fine dents and scratches throughout.

The frets have approximately 60-70% remaining, the neck is in good condition, and both truss rods have plenty of adjustment range on both sides. 【SPEC】 Body Material: Maple Neck Material: Maple Fingerboard Material: Rosewood Scale: 864mm Frets: 20F Machine Heads: Original Bridge: Original Pickups: Original
