Vintage, made during the late 1970s to 1980s, this is a brass and copper planter pot, cachepot is a pot you put another pot into to hide the other pot, this has patina, it is aged well, I did not polish this, in very good condition see pics for all imperfections 10.2  inches long with handles by 5.7 inches wide by 3.5 inches high
