This Panhandle blouse is in excellent used condition !!!  It is made of an aqua, gray & white , print cotton fabric. There is a pocket on the left chest with the Panhandle LOGO embroidered in aqua on it. It is fairly fitted as there are darts down the front and back..  PLEASE !!!  check the measurements below against a blouse that fits you well !!
