THE REASON YOU ARE GETTING OUR PRODUCTS AT A SIGNIFICANTLY LESS COST THAN MOST IS:
We are an electronics recycler so most of our items are not actually used daily by us. That means we ask to please make sure to please just ask questions and/or do research before buying our items. If we add product descriptions, those are copy and paste from google or the manufacturer's site so if you see something in the details but not in the picture please just ask. Unless the item is listed as new, all items are as-is and for most used items we test to make sure things turn on. If we can test functionality and use beyond turning it on, we will include that in the listing.
ISSUES AND RETURNS:
If you have any issue with your product, please reach out to us first as we always want to work something out. Generally, we do not just take returns however, obviously if we say something works and it doesn't, we got you. Working directly with us on issues often results in a quick return, partial money back or exchange for another product in our store. If item is as it was described and you still want to return, you may or may not be charged a restock fee of 20%.

We offer multi-item discounts and buddle shipping check out our other items, let us know what items you want to combine, and we will send you a custom offer for everything. Feel free to make a fair offer, reach out with questions, or ideas you'd like to discuss.
FOR PICKUP, DELIVERY AND FREIGHT ORDERS:
*PICKUP (or DELIVERY):
All pickups will be from our warehouse in Denton, TX 76208. We can accommodate most days and times.
Delivery can be available within 150 Miles of DFW Area for negotiated fee. Reach out for any questions or discussion.
*FREIGHT:
If you want to schedule your own freight or other pickup service, just reach out to us for the dimension and our warehouse is in Denton, TX 76208.
If you would like us to quote you for the cost of freight to your location before purchasing, just reach out to us with the below information. The better details you give the more accurate the quote will be as we use a nationwide freight broker that can accommodate most needs:
- The City and Zip of where you'd like the shipment delivered?
- The type of location? Business or Residential, Apartment?
- If there is a loading dock, is it able to receive pallets easily or will you need a liftgate to deliver?
How it works once you purchase:
- Once you buy, we will reach out to get your contact information so the broker can call and finalize the details with you. They can handle any requests or questions you have.
- When your delivery is booked, they will provide us with the documents and pickup time. We will have it packed up and ready to go.
- Once the pickup is confirmed, you will then provide us the 6-digit pickup code that eBay sends you when you purchase. This way the funds are not released to us until the pickup is confirmed.
