Hammond XB-5 Vintage Dual Manual 61-Key Digital Drawbar Organ & Road Case - 240V

Released in 1993, the Hammond XB-5 is a professional dual-manual digital organ designed to capture the layout and playing style of a classic tonewheel Hammond in a more portable format.

It features two 61-key manuals, nine drawbars for each manual and two pedal drawbars. Its DRB sampling engine is joined by adjustable key click, second- and third-harmonic percussion, vibrato and chorus, overdrive and digital reverb.

Connections include MIDI In, Out and Thru, a headphone output and a standard 11-pin Leslie socket for connecting a compatible rotary speaker.

A proper dual-manual Hammond performance organ with hands-on drawbars, classic percussion and direct Leslie connectivity.

This unit has been used.
This unit is in good physical condition. It does show some obvious signs of use and age. Mainly, one side panel is missing its veneer. Some of the veneer is peeling. There is also one key which was been cracked and glued back tother. As well as normal general marks, nicks and scratches. Please see all photos. The wear does not detract from the use or functions of this rare and awesome piece.
This unit has been serviced. We can confirm it is 100% functional. It has had a new memory battery installed and all faulty components were replaced.
This XB-5 ships in a sturdy road case. The case has castors so it is easy to wheel it around to gigs.
The case weighs approximately 18.8kg. The XB-5 weighs approximately 29kg.
This unit is 240V. This means it is ready to plug and play in Australia!
This unit powers on with a standard IEC cable. An IEC will be included for AU buyers only.
If you purchase from overseas you may need to use this unit with a step-up transformer, or get a local, licensed technician to swap the mains power with the internal multi-tap transformer. If you are unsure, please get in touch.
This sale is for the XB-5, case and IEC cable (AU only). Nothing else is included in this sale.
