Free UK Delivery:

We offer free delivery as standard on all UK orders. For Economy Delivery we use Royal Mail 2nd Class service, typically delivered within 2-4 working days.

Faster UK Delivery:

For UK orders we offer faster delivery options including next working day delivery with Express Courier. Faster delivery options are available during the order checkout process.

Europe:

Shipped with Royal Mail or Express Courier, 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Sometimes it may take longer to arrive due to weather or other reasons.

Rest of the World:

5-25 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time as explained above then please contact us, but please don't forget to check first with your local postal service, they may have tried to deliver it in your absence and returned to depot as they need signature on delivery.

Items can be returned for exchange or full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. We are not responsible for any purchase after this 30 day period.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is a result of our mistake, in which case we will pay.

We can only issue a full refund to orders which have been returned unopened, with the box still sealed and item in the exact same condition as received. If a product is returned in a used condition then we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover our depreciated resale price, up to 50% less, decided at our discretion.
