This is Print on Demand (PoD) product, it will take 2 – 4 working day for production. Items which have QC issues may need more time for production.

* Shipping/ Transit time:

• Standard shipping/transit times apply 4 - 7 working days for domestic and 10 - 15 working days for international.
• 2-6 additional days due to external factors beyond our control.

* Cancellation:

We can only accept the cancellation if item is still in processing. We have no way to hold item once it is in production stage. Normally items will be put in production 12 hours after purchasing.

* Refund/ replacement/ return policy

Please contact us within 30 days after receiving item for any question. Basically, we are not able to offer refund/ return/ replacement due to wrong selection of color, size, purpose by customers. If the item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and provide clear photos of the received item, along with a photo of the shipping label on the package. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
