Up for sale is a rare Radius Rocket 33 accelerator for Nubus-based Apple Macintosh computers. The Rocket 33 features a 33MHz 68040 and eight SIMM slots that support up to 128MB of RAM.

The Radius Rocket is capable of two different modes, one which uses RocketWare, and one which uses RocketShare.

RocketWare mode replaces your computer's original CPU and RAM with the 68040RC33 and memory onboard the Rocket. This mode works with the Macintoh II, IIx, IIfx, IIcx, IIci, and IIsi. This mode allows you to significantly upgrade the performance of your Mac II-based machine.

RocketShare mode allows your computer to use the Rocket as a co-processor, which allows it to boot a second instance of Mac OS within the host machine's OS. This mode works on the aforementioned Mac II machines, but also the Quadra 650, 700, 800, 900, and 950, as well as the PowerMac 7100, 8100, and WGS 9150.

The upgrade has been fully tested and comes with 20MB of RAM.
