Acquired from an estate, this listing is for a Rare 1930's, Transcontinental & Western Air (TWA) Pilot's Visor Cap, featuring the iconic early brass Flying Indian chief and winged insignia badge, gray wool with black cloth band, black leather visor and a textured gold tone visor band with TWA buttons on each side. The brass badge displays a Native American profile overlaying wings with the text "Transcontinental & Western Air, Inc." Inside the cap Manufactured by, ? Uniform Cap Co. There are some small moth holes in the gray wool and some wear around the badge (see photo's) with some wear to the inner lining. Inside dimensions 7-1/2" side to side x 6-3/4" front to back.
