Unique handmade wooden sphere/orb sculpture mounted on a metal post with a substantial black wooden pedestal base.

The large hand-turned wood sphere has beautiful natural grain, color variation and character that gives the piece a rustic modernist / studio art appearance.

Approximately 15" tall overall as shown in photos.

Handmade piece with no maker or artist identification found.

Pre-owned condition with age/use wear throughout. The wooden sphere has natural imperfections, cracks, openings/voids, scratches and surface wear as photographed. Base has scratches, edge wear and finish loss. These imperfections add considerably to the handmade rustic character of the piece.
