HISTORY MINUTE
The Arosa Sun was a 20,150-gross-ton passenger liner.
It was operated by the Arosa Line in the 1950s, catering primarily
to post-war immigrants, students, and budget tourists travelling
between Europe (Bremerhaven, Southampton, Le Havre) and
Canada/New York.
Formerly the French liner Felix Roussel, she was purchased in 1955,
refitted, and served until the company's bankruptcy in 1959.
