This phone is dispatched from the United Kingdom. If you are buying from outside the UK, your country may charge import duty, customs fees, VAT/GST or a carrier handling fee before the parcel is released to you. These charges are set by your own customs authority, they are not included in the item price, and as the seller we cannot calculate, pre-pay or refund them.

• Free or included postage does not mean there is nothing further to pay. Postage and import charges are two separate things.
• If a parcel is refused, or the import charges are left unpaid, the parcel is held and eventually returned to us. That round trip can take several weeks.
• Please check your own country’s import thresholds before buying and factor any charges into the total cost.

This applies to every destination outside the UK, including the United States. The postage options in the shipping panel below differ in speed only — import charges are payable by you on all of them.

This unit is new and unused, opened but not put into service. The seal has been broken for one reason only: the device had to be powered on and connected to a computer so that GrapheneOS could be installed. It has not been used as a phone.

You should expect it to be cosmetically as-new. A very small number of charge cycles may be recorded from testing, which is normal and unavoidable on a device that has been flashed and checked before dispatch.

A note on the battery. Unless this listing states otherwise, we test every device and only dispatch units showing 85% or above battery health.

We quote 85% as a minimum rather than an exact figure, because health readings shift with temperature, charge cycles and the reporting tool used. If you need the measured figure for the exact unit before you commit, ask and we will check it for you.

• No Google apps or Google Play Services are installed by default. You can add sandboxed Google Play yourself afterwards if you want it.
• Some banking, payment and streaming apps refuse to run. They check Google’s Play Integrity attestation, which a de-Googled system does not pass. This commonly affects contactless payment (Google Wallet), a number of banking apps, and some subscription video services.
• Which apps work changes over time and varies by bank and by country, so we cannot guarantee any individual app will run. If your day-to-day depends on a particular banking or payment app, please check it against GrapheneOS before buying.
• Do not install a system update from Google. GrapheneOS updates itself; a manufacturer OTA can remove it and leave the phone needing a re-flash.

None of the above is a fault — it is how this kind of device works. Please factor it in before purchasing, and if you are unsure whether it suits you, message us and we will give you a straight answer.

Google Pixel Fold is sold unlocked, but your carrier decides what actually works. Please check compatibility before buying, particularly outside the UK:

• 5G band support varies by region — a UK/EU unit will not carry every band used by carriers in the US, Canada or Australia.
• Calling may require VoLTE, which some carriers only enable for handsets on their own approved list.
