It looks like its never been used or taken well care of. All the pieces that supposed to move they move freely. You can read and see the numbers and lines very well no problems there. wish i had the box to go with it. I don't know alot about this tool never even seen one to begin with. So please feel free for some info if you want. It also says made in china on it. I am trying a new way of describing the stuff i sell instead of the same old boring way at the beginning. Not sure how you guys will like it this way but will try it for now.  Hope that answers your questions if you would like more pictures please feel free to ask. and Thanks for looking.

Packaging has sky rocketed . and also shipping prices have gone up again with usps The bigger the box and the weight the shipping will be more if i you end up paying way to much for shipping i will refund the difference its hard to know how much shipping will be  without knowing certain things
