Kang Tae-Ju (Namkoong Minn) is a neurosurgeon and the director of Woorihamgge Hospital. He is married to Ko Se-Yun (Lee Seol), who is the chairwoman of the hospital. One day, Kang Tae-Ju tells his wife that he wants a divorce, but Ko Se-Yun is kidnapped the next day. Kang Tae-Ju becomes both a fugitive, suspected of kidnapping his own wife, and pursuer to save his wife.
