The small dial at 9 o'clock is the chronograph minute dial. A feature of this watch is that the chronograph second hand returns to its original position like a mechanical chronograph when the stopwatch is reset. Many quartz chronographs reset by taking several seconds for the hands to return to their starting position, but this watch resets in less than a second with the reset button.
The blue-gray dial color scheme is versatile and I think it's a design that gives off a different atmosphere depending on the angle.
