These are the Reversible Workout Leggings by Constantly Varied Gear. On one side is Red Hex Badass, featuring a striking red-to-purple honeycomb gradient pattern and convenient side pockets. The other side shows a green and black camo skull pattern, also with pockets. They are in excellent condition with no tears, holes, stains or pilling.
