This is a 4D 1/72 scale kit of a US Army CCKW-353 Truck as used by the American Army in the Second World War as well as and many others. It was made in such huge numbers that it continued to serve through out the early Cold war. 

The kit is new but the box is unfortunately bashed up. (Thats how it was recieve from the distributor). 

I have built several of these and the result is quite good.

About 4D Kits:

  • 4D kits are something relatively new in the modelling world having been introduced by China several years ago. Compared to regular kits they snap together. Despite the fact that “snap togethers” invoke visons of beginner kits that are poorly rendered 4D kits have been becoming increasingly sophisticated. The first ones were often in odd scales and with very heavy detail. The latest iterations are in more standard scales whose detail is both fine and rivals that of standard glue kits.
