Shipping
We use standard next-day shipping with DHL eCommerce for larger items. We will endeavour to dispatch your item for next working-day delivery the same day it is purchased, and you'll be updated with your consignment (tracking) number accordingly.
Particularly small items such as cables and accessories may be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. All items are sent within 1 working day of cleared payment; deliveries outside mainland UK can take longer to arrive.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a full refund, or exchange it for another item.
We operate a 28 day return-to-base warranty with our items. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging — please keep the receipt.

Our policies
If upon purchase you encounter any issues with your item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we shall do our utmost to help. Email may not be monitored 17:30 – 08:00 Monday to Friday or at the weekend; please allow 24 hours for a reply at all other times. Please note we may not be able to provide technical support.
All sales come with a 28 day return-to-base warranty from date of purchase for faulty items. If an item is returned due to a change of heart, this must be made within 28 days of receiving the item and a restocking fee of £10 applies. This amount will be taken out of the original transaction and a receipt of the original postage charge will be provided upon request.
If an item is returned due to hardware faults a refund shall be issued. The item shall be tested upon receipt to verify the fault. We do not pay return postage nor arrange collection; this charge is incurred by the buyer. Please allow up to 5 working days for retest to take place.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide adequate and accurate delivery information, including a current contact number. Tracking information is added upon dispatch — please check your order details for the consignment number.
