Varian Ion Pump and Controller Complete
This pump system was used on a JEOL JSM36CF modified for LaB6 service where it regularly attained a gun chamber vacuum of 6 X 10 -7 Torr. The pump was removed only because the SEM was taken back to tungsten service.
It has been modified for LaB6 service but, if you are not using it on a JEOL JSM35CF, just put the "Gun Vnet" swithch in the "On" position and the modifications are overridden.
You may want to have it rebuilt now that it has been exposed to air Duniway Stockroom can do that.
